Cynthia Lee has been in the Social Services Industry for over 15 years. She has worked with various child and adolescent programs in a direct care and administrative capacity throughout the states of Georgia and Florida. Cynthia has a wide range of experience which includes programming, quality assurance, recruiting, strategic planning, licensing, and case management. Additionally, Cynthia a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and her professional resume includes training in the areas of Compliance, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Sexual Harassment, and IMPACT (Initial Interest, Mutual Selection, Pre-Service training, Assessment, Continuing Development, and Teamwork).
